Dryness is caused by a deficiency of natural oils and other components produced by your skin in a blend known as sebum. Sebum soaks deep into your skin to moisturize and provides special lipids that form a protective barrier. Your dry spots are starved of sebum and the itchy redness is a cry for help. Many moisturizer creams simply seek to mask the problem with a slimy, pasty coat of cream, or overly emphasize one or a few components. Neema includes molecularly similar components in the same proportions as sebum to achieve the same effect. The skin just says thank you. When Neema is rubbed onto the skin, it spreads way out to provide the same velvety, smooth consistency to which your skin is accustomed. By design, a little bit goes a long way! Human sebum is a mixture of triglycerides, wax monoesters, squalene, and cholesterol.
