It can absorb wound exudate from lightly exudating wounds, maintain a moist healing environment, hasten epithelization as well as reduce healing time. The Hydration Multi Purpose Dressings offer dynamic moisture management for optimum healing. They’re breathable, allowing moisture vapour to escape from the wound while preventing foreign liquid from entering, offering a waterproof barrier.
