Ingredients Holly Flower Essence, Brandy, Alcohol 40% vol Directions Dilute 2 drops of the remedy in a small glass of water. Sip the contents at intervals during the day until relief is obtained. If a longer course is required prepare a treatment bottle with 2 drops in 30ml of spring water in a dropper bottle. From this take 4 drops 4 times daily or as required until better.
