Apply Bluesky Base Coat and cure under the UV lamp for 1 minute. Apply thin layer of colour. Cure under UV lamp for 1 minute. Add another layer then cure under the UV lamp for 1 minute. Apply Bluesky Top Coat and cure under the UV lamp for 1 minute. Wipe off sticky layer with Prep and Wipe. Please note that the nails require the use of the base coat and top coat.
