It is ideal for diffusing as it helps complete aromatherapy blends and brings a grounding, earthy base note. Cedarwood Atlas Oil is an excellent oil to use in massage, particularly suited to more masculine massage oil blends. Combined with a carrier oil and other essential oils, you can make a calming and strengthening blend that will maximise the benefits of massage. Dilution Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy. Aromatherapy Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the calming and harmonising aroma of Cedarwood Atlas. Massage Make your own massage oil blend by adding Cedarwood Atlas and your other favourite essential oils to a carrier oil. We recommend Coconut Oil #203, Sweet Almond #215 or Grapeseed Oil #210.
