Heat 1 tbsp of Thai Taste Rice Bran Oil in a deep frying pan and add 60g of Thai Taste Yellow Curry Paste. Add 400g firm white fish and stir until coted with the paste (3 minutes). Add 400ml of vegetable stock, 1 tsp Thai Taste Fish Sauce and 1 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar and simmer until the fish is cooked and the sauce has been reduced. Add 1 small tin of bamboo shoots and 6-8 baby sweetcorn and continue to simmer for a further 2 minutes. Serve with Thai Taste Jasmine Rice and garnish with Thai basil or chopped coriander. TIP: Substitute fish with your choice of seafood or vegetables. Safety Warning Slice about 100 g of raw chicken breast and combine with 50 g of Thai Taste yellow curry paste (add more if you want a hotter curry). Simmer in a pot until the scent of the paste is released, then add 2 cups of chicken stock and bring to the boil. Add a teaspoon of Thai Taste shrimp paste and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add a selection of the following vegetables about 2 cups in total: sliced mushrooms, Thai Taste Thai basil Leaves, fresh coriander, sliced bamboo shoots, diced aubergine and finely sliced French beans.
