We have combined a selection of the best organic ingredients into our Bircher Muesli to create a nutritionally balanced recipe and a wonderfully delicious versatile breakfast. Our British grown, creamy organic wholegrain oats are mixed with sweet apple and juicy sultanas, sunflower seeds for texture and nutrition and sprinkled with the delicious Ceylon cinnamon. Ingredients Wholegrain Oat Flakes (79%), Raisins (14%), Sunflowers Seeds (4%), Apple Pieces (3%), Ceylon Cinnamon Powder ( Directions Our bircher muesli tastes delicious soaked in fruit juice for a few minutes (or overnight in the fridge) and served with yogurt. Place 3 heaped tablespoons or 40g of bircher in a bowl, add 60ml of apple juice and a tablespoon of yogurt. Cover and soak overnight in the fridge. Alternatively, serve with milk of your choice.
