If you forget a dose, give the next dose when needed. Do not give a double dose. Use the measuring cup provided. For children aged 1-5 years: Give one 5ml spoonful. For children aged 5 years and older: Give two 5ml spoonfuls. Repeat the dose every 4 hours if needed.
