Hold the brush with the wire-free end pointing towards the tooth. 3. Gently insert the brush between the teeth, curving it against the tooth surface. 4. Move the brush up and down against the side of each tooth, cleaning the interdental space. 5. Repeat the process for all teeth, using a new brush for each space. 6. Dispose of the used brushes responsibly. 7. Store the remaining brushes in the hygienic carrying case for future use.
