And just like classic organic teas, it's packed full of antioxidants. Brew light, or stronger if adding milk. Great as a caffeine free tea substitute. Brewing tip: brew the European way with 1 teaspoon of rooibos leaf tea per 2-cup pot (2.5g per 180ml water). Add boiling water, infuse for 4 minutes. Do not add milk.
